What would be your main duties:
As a Territory Account Manager, you would be leading the sales process of company solutions in B&H. This will give you the opportunity to manage accounts in the assigned territory, research the target market and find companies to target, build a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales, and create, negotiate and close commercial agreements. That being said, it is quite obvious you will also be the face of the company. Our main clients are companies and institutions with contact centers. But, broadly speaking, we are oriented towards communication process digitalization, business process automation, and implementation of other advanced solutions that enable quality integration between communication and sales channels. This job role would require you to develop market opportunities and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. We would like to work with someone who can establish and maintain strong relationships with clients while trying to understand their needs, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape. We would like you to be able to offer necessary post-sales support and follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline for assigned territory and accounts.
How we see you:
We would like our Territory Account Manager to have a university degree (preferably in one of the technical sciences). We are looking to hire someone with at least 3 years of enterprise software solutions sales and strategic account management experience. Self-driven and results-oriented individuals might just hit the spot. Working as the main person behind our operations in B&H, you will constantly have to rely on your problem solving and analytical skills. We are not looking for silver-tongued sales gurus, but professionals experienced in consultative sales. As we operate a lot on an international level, knowledge of English is something that will enable you to communicate effectively. Pople who worked in the ICT sector as Senior Account Managers, (Area) Sales Managers, or something of the sort are eligible for the role.
