The Company's headquarters is located in Poland and it has been operating since 1990. Intercars has already opened their branch offices in Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Due to further expansion, Intercars is inviting ambitious professionals to apply for the position of:
LEGAL AND HR
Location: Ljubljana, Slovenia
What we need you to do:
  • Responsibility for implementation, control and conducting regulations on a company level (Labor law, Company and Commercial Law, Consumer Protection Act, Trade Act)
  • Legal due diligence
  • Organising, managing and supervising the collection, professional processing and taking care of  employees' data
  • Compiling and verifying employee contracts and other legal documents
  • Determines needs of workers and creates employment plans and strategies
  • In cooperation with other organizational units of the Company, creates and organizes systems of introductory, training and development of new employees
  • Continuously follows important legal regulations and ensures regular compliance
  • Suggests strategies, policies and other documents, and establishes procedures and standards for the development and management of human resources in accordance with the vision and mission of the Company
 
Your qualifications should be:
  • Fluency in English is a mandatory, Croatian is preferable
  • Similar work experience – minimum 2 years
  • Law University
  • Bar exam is mandatory
  • Fast and effective response to all requirements and challenges related to legal issues and human resources management of the Company
  • Very good organizational and communicational skills
  • Constant desire for self-education and constant development of individual abilities
