The Company's headquarters is located in Poland and it has been operating since 1990. Intercars has already opened their branch offices in Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Due to further expansion, Intercars is inviting ambitious professionals to apply for the position of:
AREA SALES MANAGER
Location Ljubljana
What we need you to do:
  • Tracking monthly and annual Branch sales results
  • Business and personnel responsibilities for the Region
  • Education of Sales Representatives according to the Sales Representative Standard
  • Joint visits to Key customers in order to improve current business or resolving complaints
  • Presentation of the QS concept to the potential services
  • Approval of the business cooperation agreements and annexes
  • Monitoring the competition work and other changes in the market
  • Control debt collection by age and debt ratio
  • Tracking offers and price of the competition
  • Preparation and implementation of sales campaigns in your region
 
Your qualifications should be:
  • Minimum V. Level of education, economic, commercial or other direction
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring sales network
  • Analytical, problem solving and authoritative attitude
  • Advanced knowledge of English, Croatian language is desirable
  • Excellent organization, business thinking and customer focus
  • Experienced with MS Word, Excel, Outlook but Navision program experience is an advantage
  • Very good organizational and communication skills
  • Expressed a sense of motivating a team of associates
  • Ability to understand partners and communicate successfully with them and to think of an innovative Solutions for Sales Strategies
  • Constant desire for self-determination and individual development
