Intercars is a leading European distributor of spare parts, tires, batteries and other equipment for cars, and trucks, and motorcycles but also offers tools and equipment for workshop and motorcycle parts. The Company's headquarters is located in Poland and it has been operating since 1990. Intercars has already opened their branch offices in Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Due to further expansion, Intercars is inviting ambitious professionals to apply for the position of
Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Managing assortment range and calculations
  • Communication with suppliers and visiting fairs
  • Analyzes of competition, following industry trends and data updating in ERP
  • Management of Logistics and Procurement Center
  • Organization of educations
  • Team management, monitoring of employees' work and effectiveness
  • Working on increasing sales and achieving targets
  • Support to the branch offices
  • Coordination with companies within the InterCars group
  • Stock management
  • Campaign planning for individual brands
  • Preparation of plan and strategy for marketing activities regarding products positioning and planing activities upon the arrival of the new products on the market
  • Proactive cooperation with sales and marketing to achieve sales results
  • Conducting other tasks according to the instructions of the employer
Professional and general qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics or Engineering
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in product management
  • English language is mandatory, Croatian is preferable
  • Experienxe in use of ERP – Navision or MS Access is advantage
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Good knowledge of Office, Excel especially
  • Experience in car industry and knowledge about spare parts is mandatory
