As a developer of the team, you would be responsible for maintaining and updating the existing system and developing new features. Since we are talking about a growing, needy, but a well-behaved toddler of a system, you would never feel bored.

Advantages, musts and everything in between
Experience with JAVA is thus the main requirement. Is it also good to know ReactJS, JavaScript, SQL, and Querydsl. There are no limitations when it comes to years of experience. Everyone is welcome. Upper intermediate or higher knowledge of English is also a must since work is on an international level. Having a Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field is an advantage.

The company nurtures a culture of enjoyment at work and innovative approach to problems. They are future-oriented and view success as a result of shared efforts. They never make compromises when it comes to quality. Also, they maintain an open company culture where all are welcome and where everyone can grow. Can you see yourself as a part of this?

What you get in return
The company is not looking for passersby, instead, they are interested in people who see this as a long-term opportunity. This is why they would like to invest in your personal development and advancement. With time, you will be getting more and more challenging work. The compensation packages are competitive, the clients are interesting, and you will be in the team to helping build the up the organization.

Application process
After receiving your application, and if it turns out to be great, the company will contact you for an interview. This conversation should result in both sides getting to know each other better. You will briefly go over your past work experiences, interest for this position, proficiency in English, your financial expectations, etc. If you pass the initial interview they would love to see you in person in Sarajevo for another interview with the hiring manager along with technical skills testing. If you turn out to be just the right candidate and you accept the job offer, you would be good to go.

If you think you're the one we are looking for, don't hesitate to apply.
