IT Service Desk Professional (m / f)
at our location in Sarajevo, full-time position
Your tasks:
  • You process all IT-relevant requirements/inquiries as well as qualifications and escalations or forward the requirements/inquiries of the IT end customers and the IT helpdesk to the IT
  • You work in software deployment and support the software used (Active Directory, Office, in-house developments ...)
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all Windows and Apple based TP workstations and notebooks
  • You are responsible for handling IT incidents, problems, and change requests
  • You take over administrative activities in the field of user management for the technologies used at Teleperformance and create process documents in English language
  • You manage, maintain and check access authorizations and are also responsible for the handover of hardware (headset, door cards, ...) and for a smooth check-in process with the relevant data needed.
Your profile:
  • Ideally, you have several years of IT support experience in the contact center industry, with in-depth knowledge of IT procedures and processes
  • Completed higher education as IT system electronics engineer or equivalent higher education 
  • You have a good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • You have a good knowledge of installation, deployment and support of Microsoft operating systems such as Windows 7, Windows 8.x or later versions, as well as Apple OS.
  • You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, with experience in software deployment, group policies, and user management and workstation management in AD
  • You are very good at handling Microsoft Office applications, Outlook and Thunderbird under the above mentioned operating systems, as well as their installation and configuration. You have the manual skills of repairing or updating workstations, printers or notebooks
  • You have very good knowledge and troubleshooting approaches for the above mentioned applications and hardware, as well as for the current Office versions
  • You have a very good analytical and logical thinking and the ability to prioritize technical problems of the customer
  • You are highly motivated to provide first-class service within an international environment
