HR Admin (m/f)
at our location in Sarajevo, full-time position
The Position
The HR Admin has the responsibility to serve as a link between management and employees, assisting in human resources management, presenting and interpreting company rules and internal procedures, coordinating internal employment, and assisting in the process of integrating new employees in accordance with internal company regulations.
Responsible for keeping statutory mandatory records, and regular monitoring and application of legal regulations from the nature of the business of this position. He is also responsible for monitoring the status of all contracts.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
  • Coordinating the recruitment of staff, interviews, checking references;
  • Delivery of HR induction module to new starters;           
  • Providing information and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and practices related to labor law.
  • Managing monthly and daily time & attendance records;
  • Payroll coordination with external accounting agency;
  • Developing and implementing corporate policies and other relevant documentation;
  • Maintaining good internal communication within the company.
  • Legal, professional and administrative work related to the conclusion and termination of employment contracts, and registration of employees on pension and health insurance.
  • Informing employees about internal decisions, regulations, legal changes, etc.
Your profile:
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor degree (preferred Law or Economy)
  • Fluent in English language (German is a plus)
  • Communication skills
